14-Day Family Gratitude Challenge + Free Printable Prompts

In this post, I’ll guide you through a 14-day gratitude challenge for you and your family, complete with 14 gratitude prompts and a free printable family gratitude activity.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is for kids (and us moms!) to forget to say “thank you”?

Sometimes I’m shocked by how ungrateful my kids can sound. Then, I realize—ouch—that they might be learning it from me.

As Christian moms, we all want our children to grow up grateful for the blessings in their lives. But true gratitude can’t be forced—it grows in hearts that are trained to see God’s goodness in everyday life.

That’s why I created this 14-Day Family Gratitude Challenge—a simple, meaningful way to help your family slow down, focus on God’s blessings, and cultivate thankful hearts together.

Why a Family Gratitude Challenge?

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy for both moms and kids to lose sight of the blessings right in front of us. Between laundry, meals, schoolwork, and errands, our minds fill with to-do lists instead of thanksgiving.

But Scripture reminds us,

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)

Gratitude isn’t just good manners—it’s a spiritual habit.
When we take time to notice God’s goodness, our homes become more peaceful, our hearts grow lighter, and our faith deepens.

This free 14-day challenge is a great way to begin that habit—with simple prompts, family activities, and Bible verses to guide you.
