I admit, I rarely decorate for the seasons other than Christmas, other than a few leaves during the fall. But I do like to add a few touches of the season where I can.
I’ve also been making more of an effort this year to fill my heart with God’s Word, and that involves displaying Scripture around my home.
It seems like for Easter most of the decor you find involves eggs, bunnies and baby chicks. Now, I am a fan of all of those things–especially those baby chicks!
But I want to really focus on the true reason we remember the day. It’s because I know my Redeemer lives.
I made this beautiful but simple printable to display in my home this season. It’s an amazing verse and a wonderful reminder for us.
How Use the Free Easter Printable
Download your free Easter printable here. I made it in an 8×10 size, but if you’re like me, you’re probably printing it on your home printer with 8.5×11 paper!
After printing you can trim it down to an 8×10. I also like to keep a document frame on-hand. They fit an 8.5×11 paper. (I know they can be ugly, but a quick coat of spray paint can fix it up!)
Or, if you’re super “fancy” you can tape it to your fridge. I may have done that a time or two as well.
As we enter this busy season of new beginnings, new growth, longer days and sunshine, we sometimes forget what Easter means.
